Alta Simplifies Motorization
Alta has updated their window covering motorization with the new Bliss Automation 2.0. Featuring Bluetooth low energy technology that can be handled through an app or with a remote control that does not need a HUB for one room of window shades.
Bliss 2.0 does provide whole-home control with its Bridge feature. Bridging window shades from room to room with enhanced operation of all features.
Remarkable in its design, Bliss 2.0 can easily integrate with Hunter Douglas’ PowerView motorization, which is accessed and connected through a single app. What this solution offers is the ability to choose both Alta Window Fashion shades and Hunter Douglas shades and have them all connected through the PowerView app for an easy-to-use whole-home motorized experience.
Hunter Douglas Tap
A new motorization accessory, Tap, will be available in July. When window shade control is not always practical with the PowerView system for single shade operation, Tap adds a physical control option when placed next to the shade. Let us suppose you opt for Hunter Douglas PowerView Motorization throughout your home, but there is one shade - possibly in your home office, or in a guest room - where you want simple, immediate control to raise and lower the shade, Tap gives you that immediate option with single room, 3-button control.

What we’re excited about year after year is the introduction of new fabric styles, and this year’s Hunter Douglas Premieres did not disappoint. Curated fabric offerings and exclusive patterns with sustainable options in the Designer Roller Shade and Skyline shades are coming to our showroom in mid-July.
Hunter Douglas’ interior designers speak to us through their inspirational mood boards that develop and build 42 new fabric styles for the Hunter Douglas Designer Roller shade collections.
